Its a great script for small individual website.
But how about a webmaster.Lets say we do seo job for multiple companies and i would like to track the optimized pages for a website hosted on some other server. Is this possible? Also i would like to know if i can check the statistics of multiple websites remotely.
Any suggestions or alternatives.

yep, it's possible to track a website remotely. you have to use the javascript method though.
You can also track multiple sites, but there is no way to tell which is which in the reports unless they are in different root folders (such as www.site.com/websiteA and www.site.com/websiteB)
