We use IE 6.0. We are using metatraffic for our site and we are able to track all the asp files perfectly. but the htm files visited dont get logged into the database.
You need to use the javascript method for tracking non-asp files as mentioned above. Here are some things to check:
- if you installed metatraffic in a folder other than /metatraffic, you need to change a variabled called scriptlocation in the track.js file to point to the correct location of the track.asp file
- check your web logs - if its not working you will probably see 404 or 500 errors in your web logs.
In future, please provide more information about your installation including database type, installation folder, version you are using, etc.

I hope you are using the javascript method of tracking the .html file. The include method will not work for those.
