I've been on this for days now. I've read all the forum did it 2 or 3 times and nothing, it doesn't work. Heeeeelllllpppppp!!!! Please.
I'm running the last version. Inserted the Track.asp, have access to the DB, you name it... Any ideas?

You might want to be a bit more descriptive... It is hard to diagnose the problem and provide a useful answer to ".... it doesn't work. Heeeeelllllpppppp!!!!! ..." and "... Inserted the Track.asp, have access to the DB, you name it... Any ideas?"
If I were to take a guess, I would suggest checking the db path and permissions.
- Do you have any errors that show up on screen?
- Do you have the correct path to the database in your config.asp file?
- If so, be sure the IUSR_ account has write access to the database file as well as the folder it is in.

I'm having the same problem with the latest version of MetaTraffic.
I have done the following:
- Uploaded all the script files with the default folder structure;
- New install (twice, and no problem encountered);
- Copied the javascript code to the webpages (just before the "" tag) and uploaded the pages to server;
- Run setup.asp, set the username and password and left others unchanged;
- logged in and changed the site name, site URL and default doc (index.htm) in Settings section, nothing else changed;
- Run reports and no error messages encountered, but the database is empty.
The enviroment of my server (I'm no a professional webmaster but try to be as specific as possible):
- OS: Windows NT
- IIS version: 5.0
- VBS version: VBScript/5.6.7426
- File path: D:\1015\www\www.mydomain.com
- ASP Components:

Hi,
Load the track.asp page in your web browser as a test. If all is working, you will see the hit in your database. Or if its not working, most likely some sort of error. If you got past setup, MetaTraffic should have all the write permissions it needs.
