Version 2 Install problem

Hi, I wanted to try your software out before purchase, and downloaded the code for the lite version, I followed the instructions but it hangs at step 2, the database file is then left open until I reboot, can you please advise what could be wrong?

The site is running on IIS5.1 under XP pro.

Hi,

Step 2 can vary depending on several factors. Please post the entire output of the page. Also, what type of database are you using?

after a few minutes it goes to cannot find server or page not found.

Hi Donald,

Are you running Norton / Symantec Antivirus or another antivirus software product on the machine you are trying to install MetaTraffic on? This sounds like a script blocking issue that is preventing the filesystem object from working, not a bug in the software.

yes I am, strange that, as no message is given on screen by Norton saying it is blocking something (it usually does)
