Hi

Just bought and installed v2.
Running SQL and the setup worked.

After I hvae visited some pages on my site, I see this at the front of stats:
Page Views: 0
Visits: 0
Unique Visitors: 0
Users Online: 0
Avg. Page Views Per Visit: 0
Avg. Page Views Per Hour: 0,00
Avg. Page Views Per Day: 0,00
Avg. Visits Per Day: 0,00
Avg. Unique Visitors Per Day: 0,00
Unique Pages Logged: 11
Unique URLs Logged: 11

It's logging pages, but no visitors!?
All the other fields are blank to (pages, visitors,Demographics, etc)

I checked the SQL and there is the info stored, but it doesn't show up in admin?

What's wrong?

Hi,

Are you sure the statistics were not generated during a different time period? This would cause it to show that pages were logged, but no traffic.

Hmmm... Now I see some data, but...

The page fails when I link to "/" but not when I link to "/default.asp" ????

Getting this:

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80040e21'

Multiple-step OLE DB operation generated errors. Check each OLE DB status value, if available. No work was done.

/admin/stats/clsLog.asp, line 316

OR

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80040e14'

[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Line 1: Incorrect syntax near ','.

/admin/stats/clsLog.asp, line 341

The solution is to upgrade to the latest version. I assume you are using SQL Server; make sure you add the indexes as described in the readme.htm file.
