Script error help

Been using metatraffic for some time now with no issues, now i am on 2.2 or 2.02 and i get this error on select items like searches, browsers

Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a005e'
Invalid use of Null: 'Replace'

/clsReport.asp, line 3817

and screen size is blank all blank... shows data but no sizes.

forgot to mention im running MySQL 4.1.6
