Upgrade Problems

EDITED: Thought I better state the versions just in case; 2.03 Lite to 2.03 Pro.

I purchased the application this evening but cannot get it upgraded, here's the problem;

I replaced all the files as instructed and uploaded everything except; config.asp, conn.asp, db.mdb.

When I run setup, everything is successful up to Number 4, the error is; STEP 4: Checking MetaTraffic 2.0 Lite database...FAILED.

Also, another message below the above error;

Could not find MetaTraffic Lite installation.
Go back and try again.

Can you please offer some assistance?

Also, in the new set of files there are two tracking.asp pages, one is outside the metatraffic2 directory along with the license file and the readme, what one am I suppose to use?
