Central MS SQL Database

I use a central MS SQL Database to collect stats from six sites.

When new Countries and Definitions files are released, I have to update 12 tables.

Couldn't the mt_ prefix be removed from the mt_IPCountry and mt_Definitions tables so that one upgrade of the two files would update all six installations?
