admin user problems

I have a significant problem; I can't update my user information.

I had only one user setup, me. I clicked EDIT next to my username and got a non-existant username. In fairness, I'd had an old install with that username in place months previous, but this is a fresh install with a fresh MS Sql db so it shouldn't have happened. As I was preparing to post this I went looking at my cookies and found that the old cookie for the jmtrout username was still on my computer. I cleared it and everything worked smoothly. The fact that the cookie overrides the click button for editing the username is an issue. It's also a problem that the cookie doesn't get overwritten with new info.
