I have read on these forums and on the MT documentation that robot tracking is not possible when using the JavaScript tracking method.
I think, however, that having the JavaScript code being executed on the server first (through ASP or ASP/NET) and adding a random number or some other suitable query string on the image URL of the noscript part of the code will very easily solve this problem.
Am I correct on this?

The vast majority of robots will not load images (nor will they execute javascript) so tracking robots with javascript or basic image tracking is not possible.
