excluding own refers

I wanted to say thanks for the last posts, it helped me clear up my first issue with relative vs absolute paths in the script on the web page. Now that I am seeing data (woot!), i see that everytime a visitor goes from one internal webpage to the next, it counts that domain as a refer. for example I have one visitor come in on the homepage, then go threw 3 subpages, then leave. it shows i had 3 refers from www.maindomain.com. Is there a way to filter out the main domain from showing as a refer. Granted, I am tracking this domain, so I don't want to kill tracking on it.
