ip to country lookups - can i get an updated file

Hi , my install is working fine but I have noticed it is getting the country wrong for some ranges of ip that have been re-allocated to the uk/us and others recently by ripe , eg showing bangaldesh when its usa isp , or similar showing usa when its a new uk bt connect
Is there and updated country/ip file like that in the public domain for use with awstats , thanks david
