I notice the log file is malfunction, The version i used pro version, i login to metatraffic main page, under general tab, whos online, i can saw my IP accessing the web site. Try loading the track.asp page in your web browser and see if there are any errors. This could shed some light on what the problem is.

Go to Settings>Configuration and find "Session Duration" and see what is the time frame you have set. If it is a minute or less then this problem will occur
