For that kind of traffic, would that be for tracking of any other purposes, I sincerly doubt MsAccess would be appropriate, due to its limitation in concurency capacities. It is simply not designed to work on such a high traffic rate.
You can always try it and see what performance is like, it only takes 5 minutes or so to install and configure. But I agree with Daniel; I would recommend SQL Server.
